This list is intended to rerpresent the Scots from the unification of the Kingdoms of the Scots and Picts by Kenneth MacAlpin in 843 AD until the reunification of Scotland and institution of a feudal system by David I in 1124 AD.
Normans were settled in Scotland by King Malcolm and his sons shortly after Hastings, and anecdotal evidence suggests a possible earlier introduction. At any rate, the introduction of Normans into the nobility and closer ties with Norman England certainly hastened feudalism and military reforms.
Highland clans often appeared in Scots armies and had already begun to diverge militarily from the more stoic Lowland Scots spearmen who had greater Saxon and Viking influence.
The List also covers the wars of MacBeth and numerous Scots interventions in Saxon England (and vice versa), the Highlands and battles against Viking raiders.

Scots Nobles must be selected as either HC 4 [0] 0 or LC 3 [0] 0, not both. Regardless of classification, Scots Nobles dismount as FT 5 [1] 1 armed with various weapons treated in all respects as dismounted cavalry.
Highlanders/Galwegian WB move 9 inches and have 3 break points.
All Scot, Viking/Isleman and Saxon FT may form shieldwall.
If any Vikings/Islemen are bought, then all must be bought.
If any Saxons are bought, then all must be bought.
Vikings/Islemen and Saxons may not be used together.
Ordo Link: This is one of the very early Warflute lists, and initial discussion can be found on the (now) horribly clumsy New Armies Submissions thread. Better luck might be had at the New Dark Age British thread.
