The Border Kingdom was a collection of warring petty principalities that were slowly coalescing into an organised state. Alliances would form to resist incursions from Cimmeria, Nemedia or Brythunia, before collapsing into chaos again.

I have based the Border Kingdom on the Polish-Lithuanian List.

Allies could include other Border Kingdom armies, or the Western, Southern or Eastern Free Companies.
