This is the army of Scipio the Younger from his arrival in Hispania to his defeat of the Carthaginian forces. The Romans initially made extensive use of allies. But after a wholesale desertion by Celtiberian allies at the start of one battle, it became Scipio's policy never to have more Iberian troops than Romans in his armies.
