Seljuk Sultanate of Rum -1220-1276 A.D.

This is the army of the Seljuk Sultanate in its final years under Kai Kobad, Kai Khusraw II, Kai Kaus I, and the regency of the Pervane. The army fought as allies of or enemies of nearly every surrounding political power. Under the Pervane, the Sultanate of Rum was reputed to be allied to both sides at the same time in the Mameluke versus Cilician Armenian and Mameluke versus Il-khanid struggles.

Georgian, Bedouin, and/or Mongol light troops only count against the requirement that one purchase all available light troops in order to acquire an extra light division of the section titled Control Ratings on page 34 of the rules if they are purchased. Example: If one does not purchase Georgians, but purchases all of the light troops in the Bonus Troops Units section, one acquires an extra light division with no need to purchase the Georgian, Bedouin or Mongol, light cavalry.
