This is the army of Zingara from the Hyborian Age of Robert E. Howard.

Zingara was a coastal Kingdom, south-west of Aquilonia, with a 'Feudal Spanish'-like culture. Zingaran Freebooters, or buccaneers, infested the Baracha Isles to the West, and sometimes supported field armies if Zingara's internal politics suited them. Bordering Pictland, Zingara also employed small numbers of Pictish mercenaries.

The Zingaran banner was a black three pointed crown on a quartered orange and white field.
