Although this army is intended in the main to represent Carthaginian armies, the emphasis is on the Italian army of Hannibal

Some of the Spanish were trained by Hannibal, although the idea these were trained as FT remains debatable. Those who prefer the FT option may paint Spanish figures as some of the Citizens or allied FT.
