This is the Goth army of Totila. The Goth infantry had declined greatly, so they no longer have integral bows. It was primarily a force of good quality cavalry. Totila tried recruiting freed slaves but they were not a success. Moors and Isaurians came over to the Goths from Rome, largely because Justinian did not pay the army.

The Goth LC follow an idea sparked by discussion with Ramaja and Polemicus. These represent second line squires told off to skirmish. If they are bought only two FV4 Goth HC may be bought from the bonus list.
