*After Homs, the Control Rating changes to H4, L4 with Initiative 7. One must always advise one's opponent whether the army predates Homs or postdates Homs before the purchase of Bonus troops and terrain. In tournaments, a player is limited to one variant or the other.
**If either Armenians or Knights are purchased, the other must be purchased. Armenians and Knights may not be in a division with any unit except Armenians and/or Knights.
One must purchase at least two Bonus Mongol or Subject LC for every Bonus Mongol HC purchased. Georgians, Armenians, Knights, and Syrians, etc. are not subject to this proportional requirement.
***Syrian, etc. LC units must outnumber Syrian, etc. HC units by at least 2 to 1. Syrian, etc. LC with bow may not outnumber Syrian, etc. LC with javelins.
LC marked (d) dismount as SI with a BP of 2 and a FV of 2(1)1. They function as SI in all other respects including dispersal and missile drop off. Their bow range remains 18 inches but they have an infantry arc of fire. They remain key units.
There is no restriction on the number of units permitted to dismount in this army.
